Panipat. The owner of a firm that makes uniforms for children of Gharaunda-based Anything School has been accused of fraud. The director of Gharaunda-based Anything School Limited has filed a complaint against him in the Tehsil Camp police station. It is alleged that the owner of the firm has defrauded his partner of Rs 40 lakh. Tehsil Camp police station has registered a case against the accused in the matter.
Vivek Bansal, director of Gharaunda-based Anything School Limited, said that in 2016, he had formed a company in the name of Satyam Enterprise in partnership with Sandeep Kumar, resident of Tehsil Camp. This company Anything School Limited deals in selling uniforms, shoes etc. for school children. The office of this firm has been opened in plot number four in Vijay Nagar, behind Devi Temple. All the work of this firm was looked after by Sandeep Kumar while staying in the office and this firm used to do sewing work only for Anything School Limited. In 2021, Sandeep Kumar, citing the accounts of the partnership firm, stopped the work in July 2021 and took possession of all types of raw materials and finished goods of the firm. He has 20 thousand pieces of his company. Whose price is Rs 40 lakh.
