How is a car made?

There are more than 300 robots in this Hyundai plant and automatic manufacturing has simplified the process of making cars. Making a car starts with a steel shop, where steel coils are cut into different shapes. After this these pieces go to T2 press station and after that they are sent to panel conception station.

After this we went to the bodyshop, where the side assembly of the Alcazar was being made. After this we reached the panoramic sunroof station, where 7 robots were working on this car. Here welding was being done on the doors, fenders and tailgate of the car. The car is sent to the paint shop for final assembly.

An exclusive quality gatekeeper is deployed for all lines, who checks the car thoroughly. In this, after the vehicle is made, its road testing is also done.
